OK..shrunk it down. I hope that is small enough. Dunno about format. In the email picture moves so I just right clicked, saved, and put into paint, then uploaded to photobucket before loading here. Do I need to save as a movie format??
the format supported is animated gif.. so u have to make sure its that.
also if the bandwidth is too big,, well that just sucks..
since u shrunk the image.. if u didnt use something like imageready to preserve the frames,,,then u lost em...
if u can drag the oringal into IE or Mozilla, and it plays then u got the right file. Image ready is a lil seperat prog that comes with adobe photoshop,, u gotta opem/import the gif into it and do a shrink there and re save as a new animated gif with all the frames
u might be able to import the gif into flash.. and export it.. but ull increse the compression look

It is too big. Check out Voices' avatar....his was big before, but he had to reduce it because it was
too
big...I'm pretty sure his is the maximum size.

is it in gif format?
and it doesnt matter if it moves or not. as of right now, your avatar is too wide, so u need to either make it smaller or get rid of it

"Movie" Avatar
I remember Voices old headbanger mini-movie that played as his avatar, and other people on this forum that have moving avatars...like the pot leaf twirler...LOL
My new avatar is something I received in an email and I was able to upload the picture but not the movement. What do I need to do to get the movement? I can forward to someone's email address if you need to see it or tinker with it or something.
Thanks...cuz it's cool as hell!
Steve
